Overview: Interested in gaining experience working on a YouTube channel with over 1.3 Million Subscribers? Looking for production experience or a chance to join a growing business?

If so, we’re looking for a production assistant that can help keep our processes smooth and efficient.

This is a part-time position and is great for those who want experience in the industry.

We are looking for candidates located in the Austin area who are willing to come into the office in North Austin.

You must be available Monday through Friday for a few hours a day. 

Responsibilities

• Helping to manage our casting and application process.
• Managing emails and ensuring applicants send us all of the necessary information for the show.
• Helping ensure that potential guests are ready for the show.
• Helping with the execution of show content, both on set, and in pre-production.
• Helping with strategic casting activities around town.
• Coordinating lunch for the team.
• Filling in where needed in relation to Hammer Media productions.

Qualifications

• Must be in Austin and willing to come into the office.
• Must have a positive attitude and thrive working in a fast paced environment.
• Must be flexible.
• Must be an effective and professional communicator, written and verbal.
• Must be able to quickly learn new computer systems
• Marketing/sales experience helps

Preferred Qualifications

• An interest in personal finance, finance related topics, as well as self help and business.
• Familiarity with the YouTube space.
